1. No Returns on Medicines
Due to health and safety regulations, medicines cannot be returned once sold.

2. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled before dispatch.

• Once dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.

3. Refunds
Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:

• Wrong product delivered.

• Damaged or expired product received.
